Terms and conditions
Booking
In order to guarantee your booking, we ask for your credit card information. Nothing is charged on the card at the time of booking (except for promotional rates as indicated); payment can be made upon arrival at the hotel.
Cancelation
Reservations can be canceled up to 2 days before scheduled arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel charges one night.
Checking in and checking out
Check-in starts at 3:00 pm. Please let us know in advance what your arrival time will be, especially if you think you will check in late in the evening.
Check-out ends at 11:00 am. The invoicing of an additional night may result from failure to respect this departure deadline.
